Shipping

Once we receive all of the following necessary documents:

a) Medical Profile,
b) Release Form and Agreement Terms,
c) Prescriptions,

we should have your prescriptions filled within 2-5 business days, assuming that everything is in order. Since all shipments are sent by courier, you can expect your delivery to arrive in 2-3 weeks (10-14 business days) from the date it is shipped. If you require your medications sooner, we ask that you purchase it locally and plan any purchases from us in the future with greater lead-time.

A shipping and handling fee of $13.00 will be charged per order*. You may order up to a three-month supply to save on shipping fees, however, your prescriptions must be written accordingly.

NOTE: Due to recent world events, we can not guarantee when your shipment will arrive.

*One customer, one box. Two customer orders cannot be shipped within the same box even if they reside at the same address. Customs may delay or seize such shipments and neither RF Drugstore.com or yourself will receive the package and you will still be charged.
