1. What can I buy at RF Drugstore.com?
We can provide prescription medications that are currently available
in Canada and the United States with a valid prescription written by
a health care provider licensed to prescribe medication(s) in the United
States. Your prescriptions can be relayed to us by either mail or it
can be faxed, but only directly from your doctor's office. If you have

Will you accept returns?
All medication(s) that have been dispensed and shipped are not returnable
under Canadian law. By sending us your prescriptions, you are agreeing
to purchase those prescriptions.

How do I get my prescription filled?
After you register as a customer, there are two ways to send your prescription
to us.
a. mail your original prescription to us or
b. have your prescription faxed to us directly from your doctor's
office

Can I have a prescription filled that has already been filled somewhere
else?
Unfortunately, we can not transfer prescriptions from other pharmacies
outside Canada. We can only fill new prescriptions from your doctor.

Do I need to send the Legal Forms each time I place an order?
If you are an existing customer who wants to fill additional prescriptions
you DO NOT NEED TO FILL OUT THE MEDICAL HISTORY, OR PROVIDE
US WITH THE LEGAL FORMS AGAIN. Simply send us your prescriptions
by mail or have your doctor fax it to us so that we can fill them.

How do I pay for my order?
Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover.
Please do not send checks or money orders. Otherwise your order will
not be processed and your check/money order will be mailed back to you.
*Please note: Some credit card companies charge a fee for currency
conversion. You will have to contact your credit card provider for more
information.

What if we don't carry what you're looking for?
You

and a Customer Service Representative will get back to you within 24
to 48 hours by email.

What if I don't have a credit card?
No problem! In order to have your prescriptions filled, you will need
to have your own RF Drugstore.com account but you can use someone
else's credit card with their permission. However, RF Drugstore.com
does require a signature from the credit card holder for our records.

Do I have to have an email address to place an order?
No. So long as we have a method of contacting you by either phone or
mail.

I recently placed an order and I can't remember what I ordered. Is there
a way to check my order?
If you have any questions about your order, please return to our home
page and login with your Customer ID number and password to retrieve
your order status or feel free to email us.

How long will it take to process my order?
Please allow 5 business days (2-3 standard) from the time we receive
your prescription for your order to be processed. One of our pharmacists
may contact you or your doctor if additional information is required.
Once shipped, your order should arrive in about 2-3 weeks (10-14 business
days). However, shipments may take longer if detained by Customs and/or
the FDA.

13. I have a prescription plan on my
insurance. Will you accept my insurance?
Unfortunately, because we are located in Canada, we cannot accept any
foreign insurance. However, we will provide you with an invoice along
with your order so that you may submit an insurance claim.

Will my information be sold to any other company?
Any and all information that you provide to us will be held in the strictest
confidence in accordance with the pharmacy laws of the Province of Manitoba,
Canada and will not be shared, sold, or traded to any outside entity.

How safe is my information?
Like any Pharmacy, we are bound by customer confidentiality. Any information
that you provide to us will not be seen by anyone not directly related
to the operation of the business.

Will you ship medications to an international address?
No. Currently, we are only shipping to the US market.

Lost Packages
Due to rare occurrences with both Canada and US postal service, packages
can unfortunately get lost. This may be a result with incorrect address
or postal issues beyond our control. If your order becomes lost in the
mail, we will send you a replacement at no charge. However, you will
be held liable for the lost package if it is determined that you have
provided us with an incorrect mailing address or if you failed to provide
us with a winter/summer address.

Can another persons order be shipped with mine in the same box?
One customer, one box. Two
customer orders cannot be shipped within the same box even if they reside
at the same address. Customs may delay or seize such shipments
and neither RF Drugstore.com or yourself will receive the package
and you will still be charge.

19.
Why do some U.S. prescriptions have to be written differently in order
to be dispensed in Canada?
Some
of your prescriptions will require re-writing in order for us to fill
them in Canada. This is due to the fact that some U.S. prescription
drugs
are not available in Canada and we can only supply a similar or equivalent
Canadian product.
